Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:

"Indeed, Allah has a sanctuary, and it is Mecca; and His Messenger has a sanctuary, and it is Medina; and Amir al-Muminin (Imam Ali) has a sanctuary, and it is Kufa; and we have a sanctuary, and it is Qum. A woman from my descendants named Fatima will be buried there. Whoever visits her, Paradise becomes obligatory for him."
