Messenger of Allah, (peace be upon him and his family), said:

"Whoever wakes up in the morning and does not concern himself with the affairs of Muslims is not a Muslim. And whoever hears a man calling: ‘O Muslims! (Help me!)’ and does not respond to him, is not a Muslim".
